What we are doing for you with regard to Covid19/Corona Virus
Walk-Up or Walk-In; we are pleased to see you!
Our Main office is now open to come inside. Our Service Window remains open as well. Please wear a mask inside to protect our staff; we will wear one too. If you prefer not to wear a mask, please use the outside Service Window, just ring the bell for service. Inside we are running an air cleaner and have installed a plastic shield to help keep things safe for all. We also have a nice bench inside where you may comfortably wait your turn. We are still cleaning regularly and have hand sanitizer available.
We are also available to serve you by phone and internet, during office hours. And of course our self-serve Kiosks are available anytime.
We are here to assist you in any way that helps you feel safe!
We can take payments, make rentals and take reservations on line, at the kiosk or by phone, so we will be able keep things running even if governmental directives get more restrictive in the future.
At this time our Main Office remains open and we will gladly perform all on site services through a new walk-up service window.
We encourage our customers to use our online or kiosk access as much as possible or to call us by phone if we can help you there. We will close the Main Office Service Window only if directed by governmental health officials or if staff become ill. We will still maintain Office Hours by phone.
With electronic gate access you still have access to your storage 24/7. Just practice social distancing guidelines while on site.
We are wiping down the kiosk surfaces whenever maintenance is on site. We suggest you practice good hygiene with regards to public surfaces when you access the kiosks.
In the office we are also practicing social distancing. We have a plexiglass barrier, an air cleaner and we still have the service window, as well as using hand sanitizer often and wearing masks. We wipe down commonly touched surfaces several times a day.
Office staff are all vaccinated.
